Middle-Level Fall Leadership Days
2026 Fall Leadership Days
These one-day, regional workshops are designed to give middle-level students real tools and strategies they can bring back to their schools. Students will walk away with:
A stronger sense of who they are as leaders.
Concrete steps to contribute to a safe, inclusive school culture.
New ideas for building community and improving school climate.
Action plans for student-led projects and initiatives.
Students will explore leadership through hands-on sessions focused on:
Team building and collaboration.
School engagement strategies.
Project planning and goal setting
Understanding the role and responsibility of student leaders.
Interactive idea-sharing with peers from across the region.
For advisors: Each school team is given 45 minutes of dedicated planning time to reflect, strategize, and build a roadmap for what’s next at their school.
Fall Leadership Days are more than just workshops; they’re a launchpad for student leaders to make an immediate impact in their school communities.
