The AWSL Student Voice Network (SVN) brings together passionate high school students from every region of Washington to elevate student voice and create real impact in the educational landscape. As part of this powerful and diverse group, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Amplify student perspectives on local, state, and national issues, including education policy and legislation.
Support AWSL initiatives and help shape the future of student leadership in Washington. Work alongside the Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) to co-create curriculum, lead professional learning, and engage with school leaders across the state.
Be a voice for connection, inclusion, and positive school culture and climate!

AWSL Student Equity Guide
The AWSL Student Equity Guide was developed and authored by the 2020 - 2021 Student Equity Cohort. The equity guide provides opportunities to learn, and engage in conversation with topics such a justice, equity, diversity, inclusion and race.
The guide was featured as a resource in the “Talking to Young People about Race, Racism, and Equity” by OSPI in May 2021.
