Middle-Level Regionals
2027 Information will be available in December 2026
Middle-Level Regionals are best described as a camp-in-a-day experience for middle-level students and advisors.
In one powerful day, students experience the energy, connection, and growth typically found at a multi-day leadership camp. Through interactive workshops, shared experiences, and intentional community-building, students are introduced to student leadership in an engaging, accessible, and immediately relevant way to their school lives.
Each year, Middle-Level Regionals bring together more than 2,000 students and advisers from across Washington at 10–12 regional host sites, making high-quality leadership development accessible without the barriers of overnight travel or extended time away from school. At each site, an average of 180 students from roughly 25 schools come together to learn, lead, and connect.
Students who attend a Middle-Level Regional workshop can expect to:
Explore the powerful concept of servant leadership
Exchange ideas with students from other schools
Participate in team-building activities as a school group
Leave the conference loaded with new ideas and energized for action!
Middle-Level Regionals are beneficial not only to students but also to adults. Adults who attend Middle-Level Regionals will:
Experience-focused leadership concepts and skills to help enhance their student leadership programs
Network and share ideas with other adults during the workshop and in a specialized adult meeting
Have time to build a positive rapport with their students
Get energized with new ideas that support school culture and climate
